We bring standard cleaning products and equipment. If a surface requires a specific product or you prefer that we use your products, please let us know when booking.
02What happens if something is damaged during the service?+
We promptly inform you of any incident and review the situation with you to agree on an appropriate solution. Please identify fragile or high-value items before the service.
03How is payment made?+
The payment method and timing are confirmed with your estimate before the service, so you know the amount and terms in advance.
04Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment? How much notice is required?+
Yes. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Late requests are handled based on availability.
05Do you provide service on weekends?+
